YOGABOKA CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Life is full of surprises, and it isn't always possible to plan everything in advance. At the same time, we need to keep it fair for all students and teachers involved. That's why here at Yogaboka we have a strict cancellation & refund policy in place. Please note that we do not make any exceptions to this policy.
All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified below. Regrettably, we cannot refund payments for classes that are missed due to illness or emergencies.
Our classes start on time and latecomers will not be admitted nor be entitled to a refund / credit.
Drop-in Classes
To ensure your seat - online payment for classes (both online and offline) must be received prior to the scheduled class date.
Cancellations later than 12 hours prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited. If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than 12 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack.
Cancellations earlier than 12 hours prior to class start time will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost.
Classes Passes
Classes Passes (5 classes pass / Monthly Pass / etc) offer a discounted rate for classes and as such are non refundable, non extendable, non sharable, and non transferable to other persons. They are subject to time limits. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.
If you think you may miss classes and not get the full benefit of the pack, then we would recommend paying the drop-in rate per class.
Class Pass Expiration: Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there are classes remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the classes will no longer be available.
Private Classes: Individual Sessions / Classes by appointment:
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for private classes.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be rescheduled (upon time slot availability) or receive a credit towards any future activity available.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance as well as non-attendance on the day are not eligible for any credit or refund.
If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.
Workshops and special events
For workshops or events, we only accept prior payment online.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a credit towards a future workshop / event / class or any other activity available minus a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days but more than 48 hours in advance will receive a credit towards a future workshop / event / class or any other activity available minus a 50% administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for any credit or refund.
Absence to a workshop is non refundable.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher by the Studio:
Classes, workshops, events and any other studio activities could occasionally be changed or canceled by the studio. Teachers may be substituted, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. If your event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full credit towards any future activity you choose.
If an event is moved from its advertised venue and / or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, you will receive a full credit towards any future activity you choose.
